Although BC (and the world) is slowly starting to reopen, we are not quite ready to get together in person for our May 12 PWIB luncheon.
In lieu of our regular luncheon event, we invite you to participate in a Zoom luncheon - where we will share and network in a different format
Your PWIB Board of Directors has been working diligently to keep us connected, and to keep sharing and promoting business in our community.
Our purpose in PWIB, is to provide a forum for women to establish profitable business relationships through networking, education and information sharing.

PWIB is a community - please be sure to reach out to any of your Board of Directors, or to each other, if you need anything!
Zoom provides you with muting and video options -- please remember to mute your microphone when you are not personally addressing the group, or should there be any noise around you. ‘
Your video feed can also be turned off if there is any possibility of something occurring that you do not wish others to see!
Not familiar with zoom? Many of you are, or have become so during these past few months.
For those who have not yet used zoom ....
You can download the Zoom app on your phone (free app) - icon locations and sign in on the app are a bit different than on the computer/ipad, but similar.
Or on your computer or ipad, go to www.zoom.us
When the zoom page opens click on JOIN A MEETING (upper right)
That will take you to a screen where you enter the zoom room number - in this case 250 490 7723 (other zooms for other events/meetings will have their own room id number)
There is also a line where you fill in your name and/or business name - so everyone else on the call knows who you are
Then click on Join and it will take you into the meeting.
It looks like Hollywood Squares, or the Brady Bunch as everyone appears on the screen .... don’t be alarmed as the pictures move about ....
You can use the icons on the bottom left of your screen to mute your audio, or to turn off your video, and turn on your microphone if you wish to speak.
The host is able to control somewhat, the audio, however your cooperation in muting when you are not speaking, is appreciated.
